Shipping Policy

All merchandise will take 1-3 business days to process and 2-3 business days to ship. Business day exclude weekends and holidays.

Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us proof of the discrepancies. If your order is returned to us by USPS we will offer refund minus the shipping cost or offer a reshipment of your order plus the additional shipping fee.

 

Wrong Address

If you entered the incorrect address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us at mythreecurls@gmail.com to fix your information.

Please check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect you will be charged a $10 relabeling fee & you will have to re-pay the shipping fee.

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information. We take pride in packaging your orders with lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
